Luggage Policy

Luggage space on coaches is limited - allowances and additional charges vary according to the service, and you should refer to the published timetable for a service to find out the permitted allowance. Most Eurolines services will accept one or two medium sized suitcases and one small piece of hand luggage.

Please note that a "medium sized suitcase" is defined as having dimensions not exceeding 80x70x20cms and weighing not more than 30kgs. Should you wish to take a rucksack instead of a suitcase, then only one rucksack per person will be carried.

Passports and visas

Passengers should have the correct documentation for travel in the various countries they may pass through or visit, to avoid cancellation charges.

It is your responsibility to have in your possession a valid passport, together with such visas as may be necessary. Passengers will not be allowed to travel without correct documentation for entry into France.

For services to Eire you must carry photographic identity.

Customs

On return to the UK, passengers should note that they will be required to carry their own luggage through customs or that their luggage may be removed by customs while they are passing through Immigration. Passengers should ensure their luggage is put back on to the coach.

Passengers requiring assistance at Dover should make themselves known to the Eurolines Representative, or the Eurolines Office.

Eurolines cannot be held responsible for the actions and decisions of H.M. Customs or Immigration Officers.
