Are your online fares the same price as the fares I pay at a ticket office?

Our fares online, excluding Funfares, are the same price as the fares available at our ticket offices. The best way to guarantee your seat, for the best value fare, is to book in advance online.

Can I change the date of my ticket by email?

No, it is not possible to amend tickets via email. All amendments require a payment and for security reasons we cannot accept your credit/debit card details via email.

Can I get a list of all the places you go?

Can I get a refund for the return part of my Eurolines ticket?

Refunds are only available for the whole of your journey and are not available just for the return part of your journey. For full details of Eurolines' refunds policy please see Eurolines General conditions of Carriage.

Do I have to book online?

To guarantee your seat in advance and take advantage of our best fares, we recommend booking online. However, you may also purchase your ticket, on the day or in advance, at the coach station.

Please note; funfare tickets are only available online.

How can I change my reservation?

An amendment fee will apply so please have your credit/debit card details to hand. Please note that an excess fare will also be charged where a higher fare category applies.

How do I purchase a Eurolines Discount Card?

You can purchase a Eurolines Discount Card from our offices at: London Victoria Coach Station, Colonnade Walk and Dover Ferry Port.

How much does it cost to change the date or time on a ticket?

Our amendment fee is £5 per person, an excess fare may also apply.

Excess Fares
When amending your ticket, an excess fare may also be charged if your ticket was booked at least 1 day in advance of travel.

  • Example 1: The cost of your journey at the time of booking is £29. The cost of your journey at the time of your amendment is £36. Your amendment charge is £12 (£5 amendment fee and £7 excess fare).
  • Example 2: The cost of your journey at the time of booking is £40. The cost of your journey at the time of your amendment is £40. Only the £5 amendment fee will be charged.

Funfares
Because funfares are heavily discounted, the excess fare charged when amending tickets can be very expensive, so it's normally cheaper to simply buy another funfare. Remember, funfares are not refundable.

How much luggage can I take?

Generally, you can take two medium sized suitcases, weighing no more than 30kg together and a small piece of soft hand luggage.

A single rucksack can be taken instead of two suitcases.

We recommend labeling any luggage you intend to take with you.

Luggage allowances can vary on services to Europe. Please contact us for clarification or see our luggage allowance page.

I am unable to print my ticket, can I have it sent in another way?

We are unable to change the distribution method of your ticket once your booking has been completed.

We recommend using the facilities available at your local library or an internet café, or even visit a friend or relative with a printer to print your ticket.

What are the different ways that I can receive my ticket?

We have three ways to issue your ticket:

  • e-Ticket: print your own ticket
  • Collect: from one of our offices
  • Post: allow 7 days

What is a funfare?

Funfares are our lowest priced tickets, exclusively available online, on a limited number of routes.

The earlier you book, the more likely you are to enjoy the lowest prices.

What should I do if I miss my coach?

If you miss your coach, your ticket will no longer be valid and a new ticket must be purchased if you wish to travel on a later service.
